Florida Girl?

#1 Postby alicia-w » Wed Oct 06, 2004 8:43 pm

Anyone heard from her since Ivan? She was having some difficulty finding someone to help her board her place up. We were going over there and then her neighbor helped her. I've lost her phone number and her email (my PM box was wiped out). So I'm just hoping someone knows if she's ok.

this is a good question. I think it should be kept at the top so that will know about a fellow member. Thanks for bringing this to our attention alicia-w

Anyone on the site can pm or email her if it is listed in her profile. Those buttons will be found at the bottom of any of her posts or in her profile.

This gives me a good reason to remind everyone that we maintain a voluntary Severe Weather follow-up contact list. Members are encouraged to provide contact numbers to the administrators and/or the keeper of the list. These numbers are not even given out to other staff so there is essentially no privacy problem. They are used only in the event we have a situation such as this where we have not heard from someone and we want/need to inquire about their welfare.
