My sister is a medical professional who worked at Sacred Heart Hospital immediately after the storm. I think the rumor of 200 fatalities was an innocent mistake on the part of someone. They did have a makeshift morgue behind Sacred Heart, and 200 *body bags* were ordered. However, they were not all filled. I'm not certain of the total fatality rate as of today, but I think it probably stands in between 20 and 30 if you count those killed in the clean-up efforts, and also include the family in this airplane who fled the storm.

A certain doctor in Gulf Breeze tagged forty toes.
A condo did collaspe on Perdido key and killed at least 50 people, many teens.
They were still finding bodies in attics five days after the storm.
Obits were full of people dead. Abnormal amount of obits in so few of days.
As one doctor told us, we probably will never know the exact body count.
Call it rumor or whatever.
I'll trust the med pros who were there and know. And they have no reason to lie.
Why in the heck would they?
