with a west wind and 1008 mb pressure the only thing I haven't seen is strong winds reported, but they still haven't completed investagation. With test msg out and circulation 30 mph td at 500p. That's my opinion.

Can one of the pros tell me, what do "99005" in group 6 (normally the flight level wind group) and "49905" in group 9 (I know "4" but not "9905") mean?

Could be ... we haven't seen anything from the NE quadrant yet, right?

Those readings make me wonder if it isn't trying to reform a center? These are perfect conditions for it to form further east into that deeper convection. Probably not, but strong winds away from the center can do that...
