everything is fine.

ther eis just a lot of other work related things that are more important, such as getting papers published soon and the like. We are just flat tired after the 4 big storms, plus Alex, Bonnie, Gaston, and Hermine

Thanks for ALL you do, Derek. I have a lot of family in the Cent. FL area, and so I keep up with your forecasts. Before I found S2K, I became well aquainted with the 5am, 11 am, 5pm, 11pm drill! In fact, for a while there, I lived by that schedule and visited the NHC site daily. :wink:

I'm not NHC... not yet and love my current job (and wont leave my current boss, Dr Shuyi Chen, for anything) so no NHC for me for a very long time. Just UM research and forecasting on the side
