We got hammered with heavy sheets of rain all night and it doesn't seem to be letting up at all. There were some wind gusts involved in the heaviest of rain, but if this rain keeps up till Sunday, there will be serious flooding problems for LA. Our local met shows the track of the "L" to move right into eastern LA tomorrow morning or midday. The convection with this system is so widespread that from TX to the panhandle will get soaked.
