Cheese paper!

#1 Postby GalvestonDuck » Fri Oct 08, 2004 8:32 am

Anybody remember the commercial where the dude finishes his fast-food burger and then commences to teethe and lick the remnants of melted cheese from the paper the burger was wrapped in? The announcer closes the ad with a comment about the restaurant even having the best "cheese paper."

It's racking my brain and I can't remember the name of the fast food place. The subject came up when some friends of mine and I were talking a couple of days ago. And I'm the type that if I'm hit with some obscure trivia like that, it drives me nuts until I get an answer. :)

Thanks!

My guess would be McDonald's or Wendy's.

AHA! I knew if I put in the right search parameters, I might find it.

But it makes absolutely no sense to me because there are no Carl's Jr. restaurants down here in SE TX (that's I've ever seen) and none in KY. Maybe there's some in Dallas and that's where I've seen the ad. I recall seeing it a handful of times, but I don't remember where.

*scratching head* Ah, well...now I can sleep at night. :)
