I don't know about a cane, but with less shear and central gom at 26-28 ssts a strong ts or sub tropical would not be out of the question.

You have got to be kidding me. Did he say for a fact that it will be a cane' or that this would be the worst case scenario?

He said worst case.. He said problem is he does not know where the exact centet is but he agrees on the E to ENE movement..
