It's a virtual certainty. Looks like a Panhandle hit. Just a lot of rain though...

frankly, I've been too lazy to call up all the satellite images and therefore do not know where most of the convection and rain is located on this storm.
So, I'm trying to figure out who should expect the rain.
(I'd rather go out and learn to ride my new motorcycle)

Theoretically, nothing should be written off. There are factors going against development, namely
wind shear... the more eastward movement will put the system in a more favorable area.

Noah,
doesn't look like we'll get a hurricane in WCFL.
It does, however look like our friends that were affected by Ivan will have a mess of rain.
Plus, the upper St.Johns river may flood..bringing flood risk back to the lower St.Johns in lake/volusia/seminole.

tronbunny, very sad fro thos people..im moving on sunday and wondering if i will nedd a rain jacket..much smaller than wondering about another hurricane or flooding!
