Shear is inclement over the system which is blowing the convection to the east of the broad low.Some folks look at the infared pics to see the colors of the convection but the real pics are the visble and the water vapor ones where the story is written about this system.The main threat continues to be the copius amounts of rain and the flash floodings.

Yes, everyone tlaking about if the center goes over you nothing. Don't think so look at the Northeast side we will have to go through the worst part. All the convection isn't to far from the center. Also that center looks to be trying to push under the convection.

ne I think. The satelliete looks east but the forecast in ne then nne, I believe :wink:

It is moving NNE at around 10-12 mph.

This is the most tropical "extratropical" low, I have ever seen.

Convection has wrapped around the NE side and the least thing this appears to be is extratropical.

Tropical Matthew at 5pm...
