From a Non-Tropical Low to Nicole, just a matter of time
According to the latest TWO of the National Hurricane Cneter the low pressure system near Bermuda has already sustained winds of tropical storm intensity, but it's still a non-tropical system. If the low can make it to subtropical or tropical status. Then, we have Nicole in our hands. Will the RECON find tomorrow Nicole? Just time will have the answer.

Well Sandy earlier today it looked like a frontal system; this evening it looks less frontal and more like a tropical or subtropical system. We may see "Nicole" tonight or early Sunday. Interests in the Canadian Maritimes and even Maine should monitor the progress of this system..along with Bermuda of course.
