Here is an exerpt from it:
GREATER SIGNIFICANCE IS THAT A STRONG SUBTROPICAL JET (>100 KTS)
COULD DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL GULF OF MEXICO LATE THIS WEEK AND
MOVE ACROSS THE FLORIDA PENINSULA ON FRIDAY. DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH
MOISTURE CAN RECOVER AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT...THERE COULD BE A
POSSIBILITY FOR A SQUALL LINE TO ORGANIZE AND MOVE ACROSS THE GULF
AND FL PENINSULA ON FRIDAY.
Can anyone explain that to me? What will it mean for Florida?

A squal line is a line of heavy rain showers with embedded strong to severe thunderstorms. A strong cold front is expected to sweep across the Florida peninsula producing this potentially volatile weather.
There are even chances of thunderstorms ('only' weak to strong) overnight tonight, per Ruskin {the northern portion of their forecast area} and Jacksonville NWS offices {the southern portion of their forecast area}. The Melbourne NWS is going for showers toward dawn and thunderstorms by mid-morning and throughout the day. This in response to the the trough associated with former Tropical Storm Matthew and an upper level disturbance.
