Yesterday I took my husband back over to Tampa for an appointment at the Rehab Center. The nurse that checked his burns said the hands have healed to the point of not needing bandages. But they will need to covered with a moisturizing cream and wear a set of pressure gloves to keep the skin soft and pliableand to also keep it from scarring. The belly wound is the only one that still needs bandaging. They are having a set of pressure gloves specially made for him and we will pick them up in 3 weeks when he goes back to the Rehab center. He is able to do more things for himself now that the bandages are out of the pictures. How ever he still can not drive or stay out in the sun. I want to thank you all for the prayers and support you have given me in this time of crisis. It is greatly appreciated.

Update on Hubby
Yesterday Hubby had an appointment at the Rehab center for the burn Clinic. The doctor told hubby that he did not need a bandage on the belly wound any more and that he COULD GO BACK TO WORK on a limited basis. He can't be outside in the sunlight at all, and can not lift anything real heavy. He must wear suncreen under the gloves if he goes outside for any reason. This is only 40 days after he was burned and it can only mean that the rate of healing was fueled by prayer. Your prayers have made the difference for him and I want to thank all of you for them . It means so much to us.
