Sunspots 682, 684, and 685

Although a few days ago there were no sunspots present, three exist today.

Sunspots will come and go but solor activity is still on the decline

No doubt... we are nearing the solar minimum. Although, just like with a hurricane season, the sunspot numbers may been low, but it only takes a beasty sunspot to mess up our communications on Earth.
