I am between 10-12 hours per day when it is not hurricane season but when the season comes I may be between 12-18 hours and if an imminent threat is happening I may be 24 hours the majority of the time at home but when I go out then the laptop will be there.
How many hours each day are you in front of computer?

Let's make a sample of the members here to see how much time they are in front of a computer in work or at home daily.

Well for work I spend 8-10 hours 5 to 6 days of week working on one. Then at home I have to share with hubby and 7 year old daughter so I get about 1 to 2 hours 5 to 6 times a week when its not hurricane season.
Now during cane season - I'm off the meter when it comes to time on the computer. Had many spousal debates on how much time I spend.....threats made LOL - but I always seem to know when to pull back and come back to reality so to say.
Like last week - I took a whole week off at night and didn't get online once I left work - it was actually refreshing and recharged myself.
My two cents.

I am online very often. I really have nothing else to do and I really believe it is good for me to interact with people through messageboards, IMs and the occasional e-mail. Not to mention getting the latest weather information, including current conditions at various reporting stations and the latest forecasts, as well as other weather related information. There is always something to search for online.

Maybe 15 minutes at work, irregularly, since three of us
fight over reading our e-mail on ONE PC, and, it's back in
the doc's office. So, when he's in, nobody's on it! On a
normal workday, I get on about 4 hrs in the evening, but,
that will change with the warmer weather and daylight savings
time - I've got flowers to plant!

O?n the average...
On the average, 4 out of 8 at work...and 1-2 at home each evening.
Less than 5 hours a week in front of the TV though! (that doesn't count the online cable TV in the computer where I often put TWC or Fox News in a corner of the screen while I play.
