Hehehe...

I decorate a little in hopes of drawing a few trick-or-treaters:

Personally the older I get...the MORE hassle it is to have candy duty.

Unfortunately the kids here in our new townhouse community would probably trick us if we didn't give out sweets!

Oh I know it Eric...I don't get anything until after T-O-T hours are over, and sometimes not even then!

Not even ONE? I'd be so dissapointed. :(

We only get a few, but it's worth the decorating. And of course, we buy WAY too much candy just in case...

I put a scary looking jack-o-lantern on the front porch....but don't usually open the door on Halloween night (it would disturb my grandmother who usually goes to bed early).

I also sent sis's four little ones (in Oregon) a Halloween card apiece and some candy cash :)

There are a few of my neighbors who've really decorated this year....one neighbor lady has a huge air filled pumpkin on her front lawn...must be 6' feet tall; another family up the street has their house decorated with everthing from "blinking" skulls  on the porch to huge ghosts and skeletons hanging from the trees....and a large dancing Frankenstein standing in their carport :D

Nothing special here...just the usual "disaster area".

That female figure really has some nice pumpkins.

We put up our decorations today, with lights and all. Hopefully they don't burn the porch down.

LOL, I don't have kids, so, I usually turn out
the lights and HIDE! I know, bad sport...hehheh...
Mama is on a fixed income and can't afford to
buy tons of candy, so, I go get her before dark
(2 blocks away), and, we turn off the porch
lights, dim the lights, eat pizza, and watch tv and
enjoy each other's company! It's become a sort
of "get-together", for us! ;)
