Yeah--Little late in the season for development off the SE coast as SSTs are cooling down... Caribbean and Gomex are the prime areas for November.

I don't think this is supposed to be a tropical entity. It could be a winter type event setting up for some in the East but it's WAY out there. Think we better be focusing on the threat that's out there for days 7 and 8 which may bring snow to the OV which I will make a post on shortly.
