My thoughts are with you and the family of that doctor. What made him do that??? :x I agree with Eric, stalking should be a felony and it should be EVERYWHERE! :x :grr:

Annette, We all share your pain in this senseless tragedy. The article stated his first arrest for stalking her was way back in 1993. It's just beyond all comprehension. :(
May God prepare a special place for her in His Heavenly Kingdom.

High rate compared to what?

Besides, he was no longer an officer of the law, if I read the article correctly. He was a stalker. Don't many psychologically-disturbed criminals have a high rate of violence and suicide?
