There is one in Texas now that I believe will make it to Florida. The only problem now is that the front has been slowed down, but they are still expecting it to move through. The models have been doing a flip flop on the the movement of the front. They were saying it would move quick and now they have slowed it down.

I'd saw the front slowed down. There was "a chance of thunderstorms" Tuesday night and Wednesday
across central Florida. Late yesterday the forecast changed to "showers and thunderstorms" for Thursday.

If the models stay the course then next week looks like when a good front may pass thru most of the state of FL.

I mention this now because the models have been holding onto this idea for a few days now which i wanted to see before commenting on it.

Yes indeed, the long range forecasts has afternoon high temperatures near 70° in and around the Orlando, FL area in the next 1½ to 2 weeks.

Breakout the sweaters. It is 74 degrees at 1:00pm here in Central FL. Woo-hoo.
