question about Winter in FL

What's in store for FL, will it be cooler and wetter or dry and warmer?

Well, astronomically speaking, it's winter. We just don't use tire chains or scrape ice off our windshields. You have a White Christmas; we have a Christmas barbecue. Mmmm... filets on the grill. I can taste it already. :P

Central and Northern Florida have winter. It's just kind of subtle. Winter here is about two weeks in January with daytime highs around 45F and overnight lows dipping below 30F.

I'm hoping we get a relatively warm winter this year. I've got a couple tender citrus trees that I'm trying to keep happy through the cold days.

I like when we have deep freezes because it helps kill those nasty giant cockroaches! :eek: I know it's bad for plants, but I hate those gross bugs.
