History of my name...

#1 Postby Anonymous » Fri Nov 12, 2004 10:29 pm

Through out my lifetime I have been into hurricanes. I would read books about them, and watch videos on them. I saw a video once of a guy at the NHC wearing a hat that said "ANDREWBUSTERS". So I said...that's cool, but I thought Floyd was an interesting hurricane...so I made my name Floydbuster.

The Big Dog isn't as much a physical thing as it is a state of mind. It is Zen.

You're a very close neighbor of mine then :)

Thank goodness Charlie wasn't a slow storm. That was the first hurricane we experienced in the decade we've been living in Florida - and it was quite the initiation too.

As you may know, hurricane in Spanish is "huracán," but I wanted to give it a more stronger sound to the "c," for which I change it to a "k."

my name has nothing to do with weather....my nick name is weezer so I shortened it to wzrgirl1 (and no it is not because I like the group weezer....everybody asks me that) I had this name way before the group came out. :)

Contrary to what some may think I did NOT go through Hurricane Andrew; look at where I'm from. My real name is Andrew (though I prefer to go by Andy) and the number is simple, the year Andrew hit. I was really born in 1984.
