Winter Round Table?

#1 Postby Anonymous » Sun Nov 14, 2004 8:53 pm

I have been talking about it with a few people, and they agree it sounds good. How about a WINTER ROUND TABLE? For major winter storms. I miss the cheesy 80's music, the telestrator, and the ALERT MODE music. What do you all think???

Being the 80s music weenie that I can be when under alot of stress, It sounds like a plan to me.

A winter round table sounds like a great idea. Now, if only we could get more folks to come over here from the tropical forum now that the cane season has come to a close and join the winter weather discussion, even if they don't live in an area which sees alot of winter weather--instead of just up and leaving for the year.

Yea they all live in the Tropics.

Looking at Long-Range Models we may actually see a Thanksgiving which will feel like Thanksgiving for much of the country.

I had to backtrack to find anything that might be of note to the OV. But I think the NE may get something around that time. Remember though, it IS the GFS.
