WOO HOO YAY!

I got my 1st evaluation yesterday!

Effective January 15th.. my salary jumps from $6.50 an hour to $7.05 an hour.

Everything on my evaluation was graded "exceeds expectations".. Underneath my strengths and weaknesses... My strengths were "Practicing Wal Mart's 10 ft. attitude.." as well as how well I treat customers and my fellow employees..

Underneath weaknesses.. It simply states "Don't overwork yourself.. Keep up the good work!"

Plus get this.. A slight argument ensued last night when 2 CSM's {customer service managers} really wanted to do my evaluation instead of the afternoon CSM that did..

So January 15th.. My salary goes up 55 cents and on Sunday's that'd be $8.05 an hour with the Sunday Premium :)

A question though...wonder why it would matter who did your evaluation...CSM's from the day or night shift?? :wink:

Eric.. I really don't know.. Traci {the 2-11 shift CSM} loves the way I work as does everyone.. lol.. and she got stuck with all the "damn cart pusher evaluations except his {mine}" {as she quoted}

I guess she really likes me or really wanted to do my eval or I don't know lol.. All the CSM's like me so I guess someone had to do my eval somewhere lol
