Ebay junkies

What's the best deal you ever made on Ebay or the neatest find you ever made there?

We bought a beautiful antique ivory statue for $600 and we had it appraised. For $40,000.

We dont handle her much now. Just look at her a lot.

Great find alicia!! WOW!! I haven't done nearly that well but I have found a lot of things that I wouldn't have otherwise found...and made a few bucks selling stuff that I find much cheaper elsewhere. ;)

If I was you, I'd probably be looking at $40,000 though...not the statue.

as much as we're starting to dislike our jobs right now, we may just do that. sell the house and all the other ivory (we have quite a collection...) should have close to $500k after all that. and head to AZ

I can usually find parts for my 1985 "retro" bike. The stuff isn't sold in stores anymore, but lots of people have spare parts in their garage and basement. No good deals, though. There's usually a lot of demand.
