TIME HOUSTON METEOROLOGIST...DR. JOHN FREEMAN OF WEATHER RESEARCH
CENTER PASSED AWAY...OUR SYMPATHIES TO THE FAMILY.

He was was known for forecasting precentage hurricane landfall using Sunspots.
