Secret Service Agent Killed

Yesterday morning over in Tampa, a red mustang came off the Crosstown Expressway at a high rate of speed and ran the stop light at the bottom of the overpass. He hit the car driven by the Secret Service agent and pushed it sideways into the path of a tour bus full of passengers headed to the port for them to depart on a cruise. The agent's car was crushed from both sides and he was killed instantly. None of the bus passengers were injured. They were just bounced around and made late for their departure. The person driving the mustang is currently in custody. Wonder what he will be charged with, Killing a federal agent?

Well here in AZ even without the fact that he killed a Federal Officer, he would be facing 20 to Life.
