I spend so much time here.......

.......that I start to feel lonely when there are fewer than 10 registered members viewing the board at any one time. It's not unusual at all for me to be on this board at least 6 hours per day, because of all the time I spend on the Net building my online store. As I spend hours a day building my online store, I keep a browser window open with this community on it, for some encouragement and moral support anytime! I have some nice friends here!!

Where is everybody?!!!! Come on folks, WINTER is coming!!!!

We can discuss Chicago and Lower Michigan as they try to cope with over 400 to 700 inches of snow this winter season!!! In the usual Lake-Effect areas there may be well over a thousand inches of snow by season's end in some places. Those folks will be groaning for spring!! That's where all the action's gonna be this winter!! Chicagoans have been griping about not having much snow the last few years. Well, the times, they are a-changin'!!!!

Holiday weekends like this one is a reason for low crowd turnout...peeps visiting relatives, some families don't have a computer or have a computer w/ no internet, peeps just needing a break for a little while...don't worry Wxbuddy things will get back to normal by Monday!

Jeb....once I complete this "First semester from HADES" lol, I will be back FULL TIME, well, more than I have been! The snowman chants "2 more weeks, 2 more weeks, 2 more weeks!" (2 more weeks till the semester is OVER)

Jeb - I noticed it was slow also. But you have to keep in mind, it was a holiday 'weekend', so lots of members were out of town. Or busy visiting with relatives. Or had relatives staying with them. In my case, I've had my family underfoot, nothing was normal! In fact, right this very minute two of them just said - MOM! MARY! - LOL. Yes, my youngest just said if we have nothing to do today, let's decorate for xmas. Well, that's a fine idea but she's very distracting (my ADD kid). I was actually planning on getting BACK to normal today, cleaning, laundry, popping in here. Not opening up all of those boxes! I was going to start that tomorrow when I was home alone!

So see if my time was reduced this past week/weekend, and I was in town, I imagine others were quite busy too.

I predict Storm2K will be busy again between Monday and the week of Christmas. Then it will get slow again until after New Year's.

After New Year's, we'll all be talking about winter storms! I know I will!

Yep, everyone has been busy trying to get back
home, digesting that feast they indulged in,
shopping the Christmas sales, decorating for
Christmas, and, all of the above-mentioned
reasons! Winter has just began, wxbuddy - it's
gonna pick up in here, soon - just wait and see!

BTW, Mary, I got my Christmas decorations up
on Friday, so, now, I have to look at them for
another month....LOL!
