For those of you who own a pet (or pets), do you give them gifts during the holidays?

Jenn and I put up stockings for Our Dog and our cat and usually throw in a bone and some Treats etc..

Sure do! Hope has her own stocking that says - Santa's good little helper, something like that - with her own stocking holder, a Golden Retriever one from Eddie Bauer. It was perfect, she's a Golden! We put small things in there for St. Nick's Day - bones, treats, maybe one toy. Then for xmas, both my girls give her toys from each of them. We give her one. Her favorite toy to this day is a stuffed reindeer Nina gave her when she wasn't even 1 yet. It's her 'baby' we say and it goes to the kennel with her. The kennel staff always smile when they see her baby....a reindeer toy in July.

We do, though we arent always around on Christmas day. ( I dont think they really care what day it is as long as they get their mice) We also shop for my brothers 2 labs and leave wrapped presents under the tree for them.

Of course. :D Good doggie treats and stuffed toys with squeakers. The squeakers only last a few minutes but the dogs have a REALLY good time those few minutes.

LOL, I'm kinda like alicia-w - my dog is so spoiled,
all year! LOL - she's 10-years old -
Alpo and gravy suits her for
supper. My brother gives her a few peanut-butter
dog biscuits, every day....and, the neighbors next-
door always feed her their supper leftovers, every
evening. Call the Animal Planet Patrol....LOL...
good grief! She's over-fed and over-loved! ;)

Even thought we don't have the dog we used to have, we have visiting privileges for the dog. we had to give the dog away because the dog didn't like the grandson, bit him three times due to daughter's carelessness around the dog with food in her hand and the baby.We take a toy and some liver treats for the dog as well as a gift a piece for the kids that love the dog now.

We always get Rattboy some presents to unwrap on Christmas... He loves his catnip filled mice and it's fun to watch him rip them open to get to the catnip.
