Nuked, gased or electrified?

#1 Postby azsnowman » Mon Dec 06, 2004 5:06 pm

So....when it comes to cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner, do you nuke it, use a gas range or electric range? Me...when I cook, which is 99.99% of the time, I use a gas range, can't STAND food nuked, and I dislike electric ranges with a passion, I cannot control the HEAT  PLUS....cooking at such a HIGH altitude, it takes a *special* touch 8-) It's a GAS BABY!

Electric stove here. Microwave mainly for re-heating things. Here's something different: I cook bacon in the oven rather than a frying pan. It seems to cook more evenly and it's easier.
