My mothers oatmeal, cocoa no-bake cookies are yummy. She also makes a mean frosted oatmeal cookie.

For those of you that like the spritz cookies come on over!! We have about 20 dozen in our freezer. Our church does a Cookie wlak to raise mission funds. This year we(the church) are baking 2000 dozen and will easily sell out. Yes, 2000 dozen!!!

It's possible Karen. I think the distinctive flavor of a Spritz cookie is the almond extract. At least that's the impression I've always had when I bite into one. They are butter cookies with almond extract? And you have to use a cookie press! I know there are Spritze cookie variations (chocolate for one) but I just prefer the cookie press recipe, with sprinkles or tinted green or red for xmas.
