Using the http://www.tornadoproject.com/ website to check for additional tornadoes in December in Indiana from 1950-1995, I was sort of surprised to find that there were in fact 15 other tornadoes that have occured, even a few F3's!!! I would have thought that Indiana was a bit far north to be getting that many tornadoes in December, let alone F3's, but I guess not. Here they are.

The column after the date and year represents the local time in which they occurred. The column with all the zeroes represents the deaths that occured. (zero!) The column after that represents the injuries, and finally of course there's the F-rating for the tornado. I thought it was interesting that 11 of the tornadoes occurred on two separate dates in 1967. You can go to http://vortex.plymouth.edu/reanal-u.html and re-create the maps for those dates if you wish to see the setup.
