After seeing it completely, I can tell without though that the most shocking episode was the day after Iván hit Gulf Shores; the images were just heart-breaking. But Charley was really cool to see since it was during day-time like Alex. Thereafter, I will keep this DVD for the generations to come to see what was like in the 2004 hurricane season.

I agree that Ivan has very good footage. As for Charley, I wish there was more footage. I live just 1/2 mile south of where Mark was parked and filmed. Should he have been parked just 1/2 mile 'north', he could have filmed a lot more damages during Charley as well as a trailer park going to the ruins but... who knew this...
The DVD is very good thus, it has lots of great footage and info on it. Hurricane season '04 will be remembered for the rest of my life and it's nice to have this DVD. Thank you Mark!

USPS
I don't know how Amazon.com or other large scale retail outlets do it- I guess they use UPS and FedEx- but let me tell you- the USPS has really dropped the ball this year for my shipping needs. Six people did NOT receive their DVDs who ordered one well over a month ago. Three of the six live in Texas! One was an APO to a military family and the others were FL and AL. The DVDs just vanished from the face of the Earth.
I am going to look long and hard at what "Brown can do for me". I am willing to bet that they can provide a tracking number for EVERY parcel I send out- and it won't cost any more than the USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Anyhow- I appreciate all of the orders for the DVD. And to those who waited and waited, well, it will never happen again- I can assure you of that.

I just got my copy today and hurried to the DVD player with my youngest in tow. He absolutely LOVED it.
A few notes.
1. Thanks for not putting that cursed security seal on it. I almost slashed my own wrist trying to bust into Collateral when I picked it up a couple of weeks ago. No such dangers with this DVD.
2. The footage...especially the surge...Charley eye...and the images of Mark and John looking for the Rodeo cannot be seen anywhere else. I had seen a lot of the footage during Mark's presentation at the NHC...but this DVD was far better.
3. Did you know Mark composed and performed the music? Incredible. I just asked him if he could do a theme song for the radio show!
I really felt like I was reliving the summer and early fall all over again tonight. If Mark still has some in stock...and if you haven't picked it up yet...it is well worth the price...a must have DVD for any storm enthusiast.
Great work and big time thanks to Mark, Jesse and John V and everyone else associated with the project.
