EXTREME WIND CHILL VALUES HAVE DEVELOPED OVER THE RANKIN
REGION.
THIS IS A WARNING THAT EXTREME WIND CHILL CONDITIONS ARE
IMMINENT OR OCCURRING IN THESE REGIONS. MONITOR WEATHER
CONDITIONS..LISTEN FOR UPDATED STATEMENTS.
==DISCUSSION==
TEMPERATURES NEAR MINUS 38 ALONG WITH NORTHWEST WINDS OF 30 KM/H ARE
GENERATING EXTREME WIND CHILL CONDITIONS OVER THE RANKIN REGION.
LITTLE CHANGE IS EXPECTED INTO THURSDAY AS THE BRISK WINDS AND COLD
TEMPERATURE PERSIST.
AT THESE EXTREME WIND CHILL VALUES FROSTBITE ON EXPOSED SKIN MAY
OCCUR IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES.
Now this is just FREAKING COLD!!!
