Heck ya.. lol.. as long as we can have a snow ball fight (this Floridian has NEVER seen the White stuff :-) )

And Amazi I hear you about getting ignored on the Local Weather Channels.. I live in Volusia county and the largest (numbers wise) in the county and we dont get mentioned often.. But they will spend 99% of the time on Orlando.. I know thats where they are, but they have to realize there are other places and weather nerds that need weather for there exact area.. lol.. Thank God for Storm2k!

Chad - you've never seen snow? Awww, you poor guy!!!

I feel like sending you a few snowballs this winter, packed in dry ice!!!

That is of course if we get enough to make a snowball. I think we will!

I'm actually heading toward the snow! :cry: We're hitting the road in the morning to go up into the NC mountains to visit friends and family. The girls are all excited about the snow possibility but I'm not! LOL

Here's the forecast:

Includes the Counties: Graham, Haywood, Northern Jackson County Nc, Swain
Includes the cities: Cherokee, Sylva, Waynesville

Saturday...Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper 40s. West winds around 10 mph.

Sunday...Snow showers likely. Windy and colder. Moderate snow accumulations possible. Early highs around 30. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph...Increasing to 15 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Chance of snow 70 percent.

Monday...Partly cloudy and blustery. Highs in the upper 20s. Wind chill values as low as 10 below.

Tuesday...Partly cloudy. Lows 10 to 15. Highs in the upper 30s. Wind chill values as low as 5 below.

Wednesday...Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain through the day. A chance of snow in the morning. Highs in the mid 40s. Chance of precipitation 40 percent.

Thursday...Partly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of rain and snow. Highs around 40.

Friday...Partly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of snow showers. Lows in the mid 20s. Highs in the upper 30s.
