BMX is doing the same but mentioning if there is some consistency they might add in a chance of snow. It's just too early to be predicting a White Christmas.

I didn't see the local weather guy on WLOX tonight, but last night he was saying a chance of white stuff on Christmas Eve for the stations viewing area (MS Gulf Coast, Jackson George, Harrison, Hancock Counties). Especially for the northern part of the viewing area. Since I am in the furtherest south, I could spit in the gulf if I wanted (hehehe, how redneck can you get) I doubt we will see any, but at least we might get to use the fireplace Christmas Eve, which usually when we have a house full of folks over for Gumbo we have the AC on or or the floor to ceiling windows open across the front of the house. But I will keep my fingers crossed.

Maybe if I go to Lindaloo's house I might see some white stuff...she lives "up north"... inside joke for us in Pascagoula.

to snow or not to snow...

that IS the question. Three days ago Accuweather showed snow possibilities on Christmas day. Then weather.com joined them with a 60% probability of snow (all for Pascagoula). After I told several folks I work with, both sites backed off and said no snow in the forecast. (Arrrrrrg!!!) Guess what, fellow Goulians... ACCUWEATHER SAYS SNOW IS POSSIBLE again (Sat at 10PM)! But here's the clincher... both Accuweather and weather.com are now predicting a low of around 13-14 on Christmas eve night with a decent chance of precipitation. WOW! When's the last time our pesky mosquitoes had to survive that?! Needless to say I'm hoping and praying for a white Christmas right here in Paskamagoula!!!!

The Accuweather forcast is based on an GFS algorithm, thus the variance in the forcast.
