INVESTS 98B and 93S...something you don't see every day...
While it's actually a recognized and somewhat common phenomenon to have TCs form at the same longitude north and south of the equator in the Indian and Western Pacific Oceans (I believe related to equatorial wind surges) it normally isn't with both storms within 4 degrees of the equator
