Lesser chance for snow :(

Latest update from local met :

"The 06Z GFS run is showing an influx of warmer air which would keep the precip as mostly rain for the soutshore on Friday. It also keeps the rain around through Saturday. If temperatures at the surface go low enough Friday night, we could even be talking about frezzing rain. A lot of questions, not many answers. But snow still can't be ruled out, especially if the thermo profile of the atmosphere changes in later model runs. We'll have a new model run late this morning.

Other models, including the Euro, aren't as strong with the low as they were yesterday. For now I think its prudent to keep mentioning the possiblity of a mix Friday."

Bonnie - I feel your pain!!! Up here we KNOW we're getting some wintery precip. Local mets are preparing us for a major event. The track is very important in the Ohio Valley. But I know what you're saying. Depending upon which station we watch up here, the forecasts are slightly different.

Hey It will change again. I am sure for the best.

Saturday we were all hyping, Sunday we all were mad and sad because the models didn't show it. Monday we hype even more because it is becoming likely. Tuesday we will see with the 12Z run.
