Then Isidro or Ismael could replace Iván.
Ismael was used in the EPAC and was retired in 1995.
Isidro sounds too much like Isidore, IMHO.

Names used and retired in one basin can be used in another, example, in 1970 Celia was retired in the Atlantic list and since 1980 it has been in use in the EPAC.
