I just went under a snow advisory...

Looks like 1-4" tonight with an additional 2-3" tomorrow according to the NWS. I will keep you updated...

Good luck-I'll watch and hope for you from the dry belt that is North Western Missouri and East Central Kansas. I hope you get 6-8 inches or more!! By the way, we have virga over us right now with some precip. out to our west. It is so dry, that I doubt anything is falling below 8,000 feet but at least it is cloudy-that is a chnage in and of itself!!

CHANGE TO ALL SNOW BY LATE MORNING OR MIDDAY ACROSS THE SNOW ADVISORY
AREA...AS STRONG LIFT AND INCREASING MOISTURE FROM A VIGOROUS UPPER
LEVEL STORM SYSTEM OVER WEST TEXAS...MOVES EAST AND ENCOUNTERS
DEEPENING ARCTIC AIR MOVING INTO THIS REGION BY MIDDAY.
WIDESPREAD TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS TO 2 INCHES IS EXPECTED...WITH
LOCALIZED 3 INCH AMOUNTS POSSIBLE BY LATE AFTERNOON.

DUE TO WARM GROUND FROM PREVIOUS WARM DAYS...ROADS SHOULD STAY
GENERALLY WET OR SLUSHY AT WORST...WITH MOST ACCUMULATIONS OCCURRING
ON GRASSY AREAS...THOUGH BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES COULD BECOME ICY BY
LATE IN THE DAY.
