My apolgies for posting the website several found very offensive. I meant no harm, and have deleted the website; was only trying to interject some humor into a time of year thats honestly very depressing to me :(

Why? As long as the cub scouts aren't sporting red suits and white beards; or are loudly singing "Silent Night" off-key....they have nothing to fear  :P

I'm depressed too. I miss my papa very much at Christmas time. It doesn't seem to get any better. I also feel guilty for feeling so down around other people, and putting a damper on the festivities.

i know how you feel. at work today i just burst out crying. i see all these happy people, and i think about blackie dying all alone. the one thing on this earth that loved me 100% other than my parents is gone. i am a total wreck and when i hear christams music i sob uncontrollably. i wish i had died instead of blackie. all i can see is his beautiful face looking at me with love in his heart

Perry, I saw humor in it, but I have a high threshold for those kinds of things.

So did I Perry!

Helen and Cookiely - The holidays are so stressful in many, many ways. We're constantly told or "advertised to" that we're all supposed to be happy and joyous, but that's not necessarily the case. Don't put so much pressure on yourselves. Mourn for those that you have lost, but try to enjoy the other's company that you have around you. They understand. (((HUGS))).

i wish i could. i just layed alone in my room for 2 hours. no blackie to cheer me up. no blackie to follow me. no blackie to sleep in my arms. no blackie for me to carry around the neighborhood on long walks. no blackie to make me happy after a hard day. no blackie to pet on his head while he is eating. no blackie to brush and tell him how pretty he is. and no christams joy.
its clear now blackie had my heart

I think also its because there are so many changes. My grandparents passed away in the past several years. My brother and sister in law are going to spend the holiday with my niece in Dallas. The first Christmas without my brother. I understand and am glad that they are going, but I'm going to miss them. I am thankful because I do have many other family members, which a lot of people don't have. I do want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.
