thanks everyone. i swore blackie was in bed with me last night. i woke up and cried this morning. i called him and called him. the next 2 days will be hard

Helen - didn't have time for the chat room. Sorry. I know this is a bad time for you, try focusing on good memories you have of Blackie. There are many, many homeless feral (sp?) cats out there. You gave him a wonderful home! So if I were to offer you any advice right now, it would be to think of what you gave your beloved pet. Many animals would love a good home like you gave him!
