Surface obs starting to show precip reaching the ground in south TX. Temp are uniform in the mid to lower 40's so nothing should stick.
Weslaco is reporting Mix precip, but I think this maybe be a little questionable given the PM sounding from CC and Brownsville.
Reflectivity also showing up moving north toward CC and the coastal bend.
New ETA suggest better moisture confined to right along the coast.

Soundings are indicating fast deepening moisture from the Rio Grande into SE TX from 850mb upward. Still dry below and radar is clean in the clear air mode.
Models are showing a little stronger upper trough moving across and this is a ton of mid level moisture heading toward SE TX. May have to increase chances some given the moisture increase.
Will be watching for sure.
May see some light to moderate snow along the coast Friday.
