Had a sleet/snow shower earlier but still waiting...

Man, the radar looks so impressive, but the precip is having a hard time reaching this far north. It's trying though and I think eventually it will creep further north due to the air in the mid-levels becoming more saturated. What do yall think?

I'm with you PTracker I am south of Lafayette around Youngsville and all I got was heavy sleet. I'm still waiting on the snow though. :lol:

aww man just checked out your radar...thats horrible..sooo close....at leat up here in NC im not anywhere near it all so its not sooo bad. looking at that loop...i suppose after awhile it could get saturated enough...also, radars can be weird sometimes...looks like its coming right at ya and then misses you by a mile...or vice versa...anyways...im not much help...but i feel your pain ...becuase thats how it always happens up here to me

I would be upset if it never really got here but at least we got what we did! Last night it was looking like there wouldn't be ANYTHING out there.
