That's wonderful to hear Helen. I'm glad you're getting it. It was long overdue for you. Expect more heavy snow this afternoon with 4 inches at Virginia Beach at the ocean front, about 6-8 inches in Norfolk, and 8-10 inches in the Peninsula. Some areas from Norfolk to Yorktown, VA could see 10-12 inches of snow with this one. Definitely a storm to remember for you HELEN and it will certainly go down in the record books as one of the top 15 or so snowstorms on record potentially for Norfolk, Virginia!!!!

Merry POST WHITE Christmas Helen!!! Well deserved. :D

Enjoy the snowfall, Rainstorm. Perhaps, in honor of the snowfall, you might want to change your user ID to "Snowstorm?"

I'd better inform my son in Boston that he is now under a
MAX BLACKIE SNOWNSTORM ALERT.

Better do that, he's under a wind advisory and a winter storm warning. Not quite a blizzard warning, but widespread blowing snow is a good posibility there also with a foot of snow likely overnight tonight through early Monday.
