Yes you would think...
I wonder if they didn't consider the weight of a car full of water.
BTY, I saw this before. There was another series of photos too. They brought in a bigger crane to lift out the first one, and the bigger crane fell in too. Unbelievable!

I sure hope the controls are on the outside of that wrecker. lol.

Must be a rookie driver because even I know you do not attempt to retrieve anything heavy while parked that way.
