Is there any truth?????????

#1 Postby NCGal » Sun Jan 02, 2005 4:47 pm

to the old wise tale that is snow lays around for seven days that it is waiting for more????
Last Sunday, in Johnston County,NC we got around 5 inches of snow and yesterday there was still some snow laying around, but today on the 7th day it's gone.
I was just curious as to what the rest of our winter will be like, or if the snow we got last week will be all we see this winter.
Thanks in advance.

WRAL-TV Raleigh reported the warm weather for NC will hold for the next 15 days at least. Looks as though our winter was all in December. Seen this before. Cold Dec with the remainder of winter months mild......
