What is this on the radar?

#1 Postby ohiostorm » Tue Jan 04, 2005 2:32 am

I was looking at the radar out of Wilmington, OH (Cincinnati) and noticed something strange. Not sure what it is but it looks like a tail of something or other. Not moving with the precip but moving almost perfectly from north to south. I just noticed it on the Pittsburgh radar too. Can anyone tell me what it is? Could it be the frontal boundary moving through?

I see everything moving West to east.... unless you are talking about that small precip band... which I think is just bad echoes...
