Newport Creamery is still around... Its a chain restuarant like Dennys, Friendlies etc... They did go bankrupt a few years back, and they shut down a lot of locations but they are starting to make a comeback! I used to always eat there with my mother, they have the best hot fudge sundaes! Actually, the original Newport Creamery in Newport closed down...
