All I can say is..........."HOLY COW!" It APPEARS, still too dark to see 8-)

but I would estimate that I have SOMEWHERE near 34-39" of snow on LEVEL ground with DRIFTS to 4 FEET :sled:

Soon as it gets light, I will post the total WITH pictures...this is, WITHOUT a DOUBT, the MOST snow we've had in 15 YEARS, EASY! Reports that Flagstaff has OVER 4 feet in places WITH yet 2 MORE HUGE systems, one for Thurs-Fri and then a even LARGER one for Sunday :eek:

STAY TUNED TO "SNOWMAN" CENTRAL for SNOW updates....OH, BTW, needless to say, the town is basiclly shut down, listening to the radio (cable is out) they are asking everyone to STAY HOME until they can clear the main road, estimates are around 1300 hrs.

Hi Dennis....well, this is what the high country has been hoping for. Another piece of the drought-buster puzzle. I'll be anxious to see a photo or two from your place this morning. And yes, it looks like a few more inches on Friday into Saturday and again early next week. Enjoy this winter, as they don't come around like this every year! But BE safe!

Yes Sir! This is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered, SNOW, SNOW and MO SNOW! Can't wait to see the snow totals up at Sunrise Park Resort, they HAVE to have over 4 feet! It's been one hour since my first post and it's STILL snowing and BLOWING, making for impossible driving conditions, sounds like Pinetop PD has closed HWY 260 for a few minutes!

NOW...Miss Mary, I'll take those shorts with Sweet Baby Rays Honey Mesquite BBQ sauce PLEASE!

Dennis - okay! I'll get right on it......LOL

Enjoy it!!! We're having minor flooding around the Cincinnati area from excessive rainfall, after all that snow and ice from the pre-xmas storm melted. Flood watches/warnings posted. Not at all to the extent you described Dennis. But we here in Cincy are fed up with all this rain. I would much rather it be snow.

3.5 HOURS with the SNOW BLOWER and I'm not EVEN close to being dug out.......hey BRENT, wanna come HELP SHOVEL?!?!?! WOW........I have NOT seen THIS kind of snow in EONS, I would venture to say 1980's, maybe even 1970's.......I will post pics when I'm DONE cleaning the driveways, neighbors driveways and my dads, sometime tonight I would guess! State Route 260 is CLOSED due to DRIFTS OVER 10 FEET HIGH in places, they have the Snow Blower (a front end loader with a blower the size of a D9 CAT!!!)

Wow, I cannot imagine how much snow some areas in the higher terrain in the White Mountains got! Puts the 3 feet of snow I saw when I was there last to shame! I cannot imagine 10 foot drifts. And this is going to all happen again soon, with maybe more snow. The snow could cover houses :eek:
