Seriously, I wouldn't call him on it. But rather drop subtle clues that you think of him as a little brother or close friend. No more than that. Don't know how you can actually say it, but I would slip comments in here and there. And again, play dumb. Once you acknowledge this, it's out in the open. And there's no going back!

Good luck with this one Sunny! Yikes, as if you don't have enough going on....

Well, the FUNNIEST story I have is that I was actually being pursued by a 50-ish' year old lady, long red hair, very attractive for her age, and very much in shape when I was 25, but I never gave in ... too uncomfortable with the situation.

She asked me to coach her to help her get better at bowling, but seemingly she would be a little distracted and I found that bowling balls weren't on her mind.

I have dated several girls 10 years younger than me, and one 8 years older than I ... and found that there's not a lot of difference in certain standpoints ...

I dont know dude. I have dated both as well (Actually more then ten years older then me) and imho there is noticable differences. some good some bad. Most times though more good when it comes to older woman. For me anyways. Derek sorta stated part of it in his reply. And the other part of it has already been mentioned in this thread for the most part anyways.
