Oh my.......I have no comment about this, other than my surprise!!!

Purdue - how much snow did you receive? Looked like to me, you maybe got more rain than snow?

We had all freezing rain - ended up with .5 - .75" on trees and raised surfaces, sidewalks are frozen this morning but the roads aren't horrible here. Much worse conditions reported just one county north, though. The trees are absolutely beautiful.

Sorry guys I haven't posted much, but our entire county is still without power, and I am running on a generator and all I have been concentrating on is keeping my site updated, cleaning up my yard, lol, and I have been live on the radio station that I am the weather forecaster almost 24 hours a day.

We continue to be without power county wide in Delaware and Randolph Counties. A state of emergency remains in affect. Here in Randolph, we saw 1.75 inches of ice accumulation.

I have no water right now, as our town's generators failed.

We are expecting up to 4 more inches of snow tonight....GREAT! (SARCASM)

We are looking at power hopefully by Wednesday. Needless to say, it looks like a tornado went through the town, with trees and power lines snapped in half, wires down everywhere, what a mess.

I will try to post some pics in the next few days.

Stay safe everyone!

Stay safe!

Your ice storm reminds me of the ice storm that we had in 2002. We had about that much ice.

My Wife's Aunt Nancy Nichols (Pastor in Muncie) has been without power from this storm as well. I have heard that Ball State University also is without power and the students were scheduled to come back this weekend (Nice* Sarcasm)

Over 50000 people were without power due to over 3000 power poles being snapped up there.

Now to make things even worse for the Central & Southern Part Of Indiana (Hard hit with Flooding and melting of over 2 ft of snow in places) More snow:

Welp here we go AGAIN in New Whiteland, IN!!!! Up to 5 inches of snow possible. This did start as a brief period of Rain/Freezing rain before turning to snow:
